made a couple of orders yesterday morning and 1 has been dispatched earlier today but the other's still awaiting dispatch....it says all products have been sent in the 1st order and have my fingers crossed the subsequent order will be the same!

The gifts in the shops have the same ribbon so must be part of their global beauty event or something.
My gifts arrived with eid ribbon apart from the chocomania set this had $45 on the price tag so american stock. I too had dented box. I know they are usually good at sending out replacements but feel a bit mean when it was free. Has anyone else complained about damaged box?
I thought this glitch only worked with the reward card free shower gel combo is this not true? Oh well would have to get up super early to get the reward card anyway so probably leave it that.

well i clicked on card and it added it to my basket and completed the order , just had the conformation email through.

my order from tuesday arrived today and just managed to do another one, i opened a DIFFERENT ACCOUNT at body shop using my private email rather than the company one and it let me add the card , but if i try on the other account it wont let me , maybe another glitch

Ah I wonder because we all have cards on our previous orders (because lets face it you only need 1 card) it wont let us order anymore, I am off to try and open another account

EDIT: Nope not working for me tried different email, cleared cookies, but still OOS, ah well will just get up in the morning.
