New body shop glitch!!!

I just received my order and both gift boxes were missing, as it said the item was not available. Seems I am one of the unlucky ones!

You could try going to the store and asking for a replacement if they have stock in store. I am not sure what else you could do really without calling but that will alert them to the glitch.

Made my first order this morning fingers crossed

My order that was on dispatch was delivered this morning :j

2 of the strawberry sets and the shower gel woop!

Second order that was placed a few minutes later is still showing as awaiting dispatch, but all the items in the order are still there... fingers crossed it goes to dispatch soon and I get everything

Yes, they usually send you a new one and you get to keep the damaged one too.

Morning

Just received my order. One thing to check though is the ribbon on the gift boxes. One have mine has Eid Mubarak embossed along the ribbon. This would be fine if I was giving it as an Eid present, but I am not.

It will be easy to change the ribbon. Just mentioned it so people can check if needs be.

2 out of 3 of my orders have been delivered this morning and I have to say they are gorgeous gift sets Im soooooo happy with them, its really made my day some lovely christmas pressies to put away x I ordered the Chocomania set, the Strawberry one, a lemon one and a coconut one.... Just waiting on my other order that has been dispatched but will be delivered monday (another strawberry and another Chocomania) x

My order from Wed morning is still showing awaiting despatch.



I was feeling positive about getting my order but the doubts are starting to set in for a few of the items. x
