New body shop glitch!!!

I'm a bit worried now that I've done 4 orders that I may end up with 4 shower gels and 4 cards and no gifts have had all my glitches with Body Shop honoured in the past but for some reason I'm getting paranoid with this one!!! Is there a way of cancelling your order online?????? Should of had more sleep!!

It's not like me but I've gone a bit over the top have already had 3 orders fulfilled only one gift set missing but then what do I do I order another 4 lots this morning!!!! lol keep thinking that maybe my luck might be running out!!!! paranoia setting in my parcels are left with a neighbour when I'm out at work my neighbour will think I'm mad with all these parcels!!! I'm going to use the gifts as xmas presents but will also be donating a few!

And there is no reason these will not be honoured

Lots of people have had their deliveries yesterday, I only read 1 that didn't but is seems to be the cherry blossom sets that went OOS.

The cards will come separately though, you can return your items for a refund (even if it's just a shower gel) this is off their website:-

If returning to store you must ensure you have both your Delivery Documentation and your Confirmation Email with you, if both these documents are not presented the store will not be able to process your refund for you.

This is for the card again from their website :-

The membership fee is not refundable unless you have purchased the Loyalty Card at The Body Shop Online Store, in which case you may cancel the order, return the Loyalty Card and receive a refund pursuant to our Terms & Conditions of Sale (applicable on sales through The Body Shop Online Store), provided you have not yet made any use of the Loyalty card and have not received any of the membership benefits (such as discounts, free gifts etc).

Is the free shower gel (for spending over £5) classed as a benefit from having the card???

But I think if you choose express delivery then these get processed before the standard delivery ones so you are more likely to get what you ordered.

Quidco tracked straight away for some orders I made on 15/08 and some tracked early hours this morning ? However place another order this morning and it tracked straight away and has gone to confirrmed already ?? So dont know what is going on !

Same for me yesterdays are tracked. Today's are confirmed.

Thank you so much to everyone on here even though I'm paranoid you have made me feel positive family will have great xmas gifts this year and a few charities will benefit too having had a very bad year and finances due to take a dip in the next few months this has been very gratefully received thank you Op and Body Shop....now just need to make some storage space and if Mr T's fancy having another glitch on wine I will be all sorted for xmas!!!!
