If this is not fixed today the body shop will be busy on Monday. 3 days of orders to process.

LOL me too! I think for the sake of staying in bed I shall pass on this glitch. The early bird catches the worm for sure. Keep ya worm, I'll sleep :rotfl:

Awww, I now wish I got up earlier as well. :D

Well, I will see what I get today; I placed three orders on 15th morning with 'standard delivery', but my status says that I am supposed to receive them today (it seems that they upgraded my orders to 'express delivery'). So if I get everything then I might wake up earlier tomorrow. :o

I placed my orders at around 8 am on Wednesday and I am expecting delivery today. Don't worry though, they are probably just busy with all those orders; I am sure your status will change to 'dispatched' today! ;)

Sadly it's not just the gift sets that are OOS. I ordered 'wise woman' moisturiser with both my orders and these were not sent. The e-mail reassured me that a refund (of nothing!) had been given :o

I was so happy to have caught a glitch on time as well, I might try tomorrow morning to make up for it and choose something less likely to be OOS.

    I "bought"

Cocoa Butter Cream Body Scrub £12.50 (me)

Gift Box Medium - Aloe £20.00 (present for mother to be)

Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue £9.00 (me)

Buriti Baby Mini Essentials £16.00 (present for newborn on the way)

Now of course i'm tempted to order 3rd time for xmas gift, must... restrain...myself.

I just received my order and one of the gift boxes is dented making it unsuitable to give as a gift. So, do I be cheeky and email body shop to ask for a replacement? (even though I didn't really pay for it!)
