hi all :hello:
apparently I am comfortable - I would prefer being money bags though!
anyone got any ideas on how to elevate oneself to moneybags from comfortable in 3-5 years? without being a drug baron or workaholic?:j Where there is a will there is a way - there is a way and I will find it :j0 -
not saying that moneybaggers or loadeders are workaholics or drug barons. I just lack immagination
not aiming to inherit into wealth
have thought about setting up own biz but sounds really like tooo much hard work

According to the poll it looks like I'm a 'Moneybags', certainly don't feel like it though! Our house was bought in 1971 and is a main factor in our 'supposed' wealth. Savings and investments have helped, but as a new pensioner with all the bills coming in, there is more money going out than coming in at present.
I think the goal posts have moved when defining wealth.0 -
Perhaps another poll would be how much do you have if you subtract your debts from your cash assets (debts excluding mortgages, provided you are not in neg equity)
Cash assets for example being any money you could get your hands on within thirty days. If you owe a debt on a car you should subtract the outstanding debt from the book value.0 -
