    Without wishing to bump an old thread, I have to say I disagree with this comment entirely, and I think that is a disservice to the Asda franchise opticians.

    The Asda eye test did everything that Specsavers have done in the past. However as there was no queue and no waiting around I was straight in and out - this may account for some element of quickness, as whenever i've been in specsavers they keep you hanging about for an eternity.
    In fact the optician checked my prescription TWICE as my sigh has improved and he wanted to make completely sure.

    Also, Specsavers got my prescription wrong last time.

    My only complaint would be the rather excessive use of aftershave by the optician!
    It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

    Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
