When you have several items then it becomes difficult to keep track of things especially if there is a queue of people behind you
If we all did all these suggested checks then all of us will do far more standing around in queues than we do already.
It's the shops that need to get their own house in order by double checking things before they are passed on to the customer.I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.0 -
