You cant be guilty of anything if thats what they are offering!?
But if theres nothing there that you fancy then obviously most folk would go for something expensive so they can sell it on ebay and buy something that you REALLY want with the proceeds,
Most compers have done that (especially if its a runners up prize that you were'nt too bothered about)Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:0 -
well done on the win - I would pick the thing i really wanted and would use.
:dance:Carry on Comping :dance:0 -
Oh Vanpopple, you and your sweeping generalisations. You know, you really make me laugh. How can you say something like, "most compers have done that"? You can't possibly know something like that as a fact. You can only hold it an opinion.
Doesn't bother me, because I do sell some prizes, quite openly and happily. But I think your comment will annoy some peeps who definitely wouldn't do that. Note I'm saying, "I think" because I don't really know - take the hint :rotfl:I am brave, I am bruised
I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology
THIS IS ME!

lol i was just going on what fellow compers have written before, as you seem to have forgotten im technically against selling prizes but as ive found sometimes you get runners up prizes which arent of interest.
Anyway blublu its all a game, its not like its a serious job or that there are rules (apart from a few sites) and in my opinion I couldnt care less what people do with anything they win its down to the person, and i for one dont even get involved in any arguments about it anymore as its just fun, more people should treat it as fun and if you win great, enjoy spending money and prizes.
I know im enjoying some of my benefits as i will be sitting on a beach in spain this time tomorrow.
Love you all have a great week:T
And the best of luck xxx
(also blublu i have GIVEN away a prize on here FOR FREE that i was a runner up in (worth around £150)!!!
AND also sold items but made a charitable donation everytime, im sure you do the same?)Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:0 -

Hello my good old friend 'Pechow'
We both sat for hours doing the infamous xps comp and well my father won with my expert instruction, but if i remember right it was a random comment on alcatraz day that we all had the same idea,
he was 9.2cm away (2nd closest overall 7 days) (he gave £250 a quarter of the value as I & OH, & M & D, joined forces.
But since then i still dont think its real the amount ive won personally- then i see my little pechow whos still yet to win, - and that makes me sad:(
Well with what ive won iam lucky enough to be going away for 9 days in spain tomorrow and had a fantastic 6 months.
Ive done every comp i could find to take me upto 27th september, so i can rest and not think im missing out.
If theres 1 person on mse that i will send all the luck ive had to its you.
Over the next week Im gonna think about 'pechow' winning a prize EVERYDAY (not one a day but think about you getting a prize)
I dont need my luck for the next week so im visualising your name and the words 'CONGRATULATIONS'!
Please dont let me down keep doing what youre doing then do an extra 25% for me and i will keep my end of the bargain and visualise a big fat smile on your face everyday.
(i wont be able to come on mse obv whilst in spain, so to me that would be a great suprise to come back to ''thanks vp I WON''
Best of luck to you - and of course to anyone that feels a bit low as they havent won :grouphug:Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:0
