the issue is i really like the more expensive product :rotfl:

    Why is it an issue?

The company are offering a range of prizes. The one you want is at the top end of the scale, but it is still something they are offering.

I honestly can't see the issue here and think, maybe you are over-analysing it.
Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.

I would go for something that I wanted more than the price of it. I would look and the higher end stuff first and work my way down x

    Red is more unique! :D

I would get the most expensive prize I could, that I actually wanted (or mum/bf would want).

If you like the most expensive one then get it - you won't get many chances like it! :rotfl:

Just go for the thing you'd never buy yourself - then it feels more of a treat :)

It would depend on what you liked the most, then the price is irrelevant.

and i thought my beat the bidder converse for 56p prize was amazing , im well jel now

That was only part of the prize, it was one of the BIG 'Converse Represents' Prizes, Included £86 train fare to London, night in a £550 Hotel, and tickets to the exclusive Plan B gig.

Best prize I've had, although the hotel did 'Rob' me at the bar, £18.50 for a beer and JD and Coke :D

And original post, go with what you want up to their price bracket, who knows when you will get the chance again because I would 'Baulk' at paying Oakley prizes, they are stupidly inflated (Girlfriend worked at Freespirit once), they could afford to lose a pair to a prize

American article about their true cost :D

If you really liked it and wanted it for ages (for yourself) and they are offering it for your prize, then take it. thank them by saying something nice about the product, which if you really wanted is really easy for you to say. An enthusiastic customer is great advertising. i would love for Hermes to offer a coffret of my favourite edt, even though I would be perfectly happy with just the edt !

I won £150 worth of shoes recently, I could pick anything I liked to that maximum sum and I picked one of the most expensive items purely because it is something I have always wanted but could never justify buying. I don't feel guilty, I won the prize so I should get what I want. I could have chosen a pair of heels at £40 but what I actually got was £147. I have something that I truly want and will adore wearing. Go for it, treat yourself!
