We did realise this but yodel themselves told us as it was going to a business address it would be delivered before 5.
Yodel deliver up to 9.00pm. (unless the sender chose a specific timed delivery service)

its a bit early to be talking about claiming <snip>

Draft your claim when you order anything from a firm that uses Yodel. It will save time later.

    Fixed for you. :)

If it's been signed for, I'd assume it's been delivered. Cancel this order. Ask the firm to send another item by another courier.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

yup, could be as simple as the driver closing the track to meet their targets.

I can't believe you are defending the driver. They forged the signature to make it look like they had delivered, when they clearly didn't. The driver should be sacked, as it takes all the security out of signed for deliveries, and makes the whole thing a shambles.

And what's the point of that with a business address?

Feel free to point out where my defence is there?

Do the business addresses pay more for delivery?

And why would they have to?

It only takes common sense to realise that most business premises aren't open until 9pm. And that doesn't give the driver the excuse to illegally forge a signature.

Well, these sorts of things happen if unrealistic targets are set. Driver is between a rock and a hard place. Expected to use his ingenuity to shovel the company out of trouble. In trouble himself if it has to be investigated.

If that's how the company operates, then it is a shambles.
