Hug to Judi, Hester, Lame wolf and anyone who could use one.

Spent morning looking at laptops for dd for when (hopefully) she goes to university. The more we look at , the more our ideas change but hope we are getting things narrowed down.

Had a bite to eat then came home and did a quick shop for eggs etc.

Looks like a nice day so having salmon fillets with salad in the garden once dds get home. Still have pasta salad in fridge so we have a choice tonight.

Hope everyone gets better soon and situations improve for you.

    Afternoon all,

Sounds like a few people need huggs, especially Judi, take care hun, remember if you don't look after yourself you can't look after anyone else.

Gorgeous day here and I've been out since 9.00 this morning.

Firstly weigh in at WW. I lost 3.5 lbs so that's a total of 16 lbs:eek::eek::eek: I am so pleased, feel like I am finally getting somewhere and people are starting to notice which is lovely:D

Then went round the charity shops with my friend and bought a lovely pair of Per Una jeans in a 14's don't you know!. They are a bit snug but I reckon another couple of pounds and they will be perfect.

No tea to cook as boys at footie and have supper later, and I will have eggs as I had a nice lunch of chicken wrap with salad.

    Have a good evening all J x

  • Good afternoon all,
Still sunny here. Washing line is as full as it can be, it really is on it's last legs. The line snapped so i tied it up as best as i could. It's a rotary one.
Hubbys nan has been taken ill. Her blood pressure was sky high and they think she has had a stroke. She is just rambling at the moment and really not making much sense. Such a shame to see her like this.
DD is taking a ladies dog for a walk every afternoon for a week. The ladies GD is away so she asked DD if she would do it. I have been going with her and taking our dog. I could do with the exercise.
I have almost finished the ironing. It just got too hot so i stopped. It will still be there tomorrow.
Tea is chicken curry with rice.
I hope everyone has a good rest of the day and hugs to those who need them, especially Judi, Mr LW, Hester.
Julie, well done on the weight loss.

    ((((Judi))))

Beautiful day here :D glorious sunshine for the most part. Today we took our work kids up Pen Y Fan Mountain in the Brecon Beacons (highest point in southern UK). It was a hard walk for me what with the vertigo, and still suffering a tad from the concussion :o, but we all made it up in just over an hour. The views were spectacular. It was a really good day out.

I'm absolutely shattered now though! Legs feel like lead! Came home, had shower and plonked myself on the patio to catch some more rays.

OS wise - packed lunch made, dinner from freezer (HM curry and rice), recycled my peg underwear hanger as it had broken, so kept the pegs and put rest in recycling.

    Have a good evening all

LW - Hope OH is better soon.
Judi - Hugs to you, have a moan if you need to.

Had a lovely day out with DD. We took to bikes to Largs and got the ferry across to Cumbrae where we cycled round along with most of the west of scotland! It was lovely to see so many families out riding bikes, having picnics and playing on the beach. The weather has been fab and thoroughly enjoyed my day.

Washing was dry when I got home and just put another load out for an hour or so. Apart from that no OS!

    Take care. XX
