Permit Holders Only 10.30-11.30am. Can I park here?

    [cynical mode on] Yes, you usually find these signs in roads and streets where local councillors live [/cynical mode off].

    Those are the signs I don't mind so much; they're not that restrictive and allow you to park there most of the day, except for that restricted hour.

    As already stated, it's designed to deter the "all day long" commuters, but come weekend, you can leave your car there all day long if you want to.

    If you plan to park in Tesco for that hour, please take note of the dreaded PPC signs. Some companies don't like you parking on their land then walking off it.
