I fear you miss my point. If i am capable of making my way in and out of England by foot mostly and thence to use private water craft, why should i have to have a passport? I am surely a freeman and equal citizen of planet earth and can roam at will...or at least thats how it should be .If you couldn't afford the £77 for 10 years then you are fairly unlikely to be able to afford the ticket either. Was this an entry for ridiculous comment of the decade or just a simple wind up?Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -

Your planet sounds lovely. Wish I could live there...
You had me at your proper use of "you're".0 -
But you already do to some extent and it is only your conditioning ,inertia and mindset which may prevent you from benefiting fully..Lovelyjoolz wrote: »Your planet sounds lovely. Wish I could live there...

Do you believe that immigration should be controlled? If so, then some kind of document is needed to prove which people have the right to enter a particular country, and which do not.0 -
What do you mean by right to enter? Planet earth belongs to us all. Who has any right to create borders and structures to prevent free movement?Voyager2002 wrote: »Do you believe that immigration should be controlled? Does that mean that you don't lock your doors and I can wander at will around and through your house?C_Mababejive wrote: »What do you mean by right to enter? Planet earth belongs to us all. Who has any right to create borders and structures to prevent free movement?
BTW you are not a citizen of Planet Earth you are purely one of a great number of animals/life forms that exist on it. It does not convey any rights whatsoeverThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I agree with you .There are no rights to be either granted or with held and therefore i should have the same freedom to roam as any other inhabitant of planet earth be it insect, bird, animal or whatever and i accepted that as a result of my exercise of such freedoms,i may be subject to various dangers and predations . For example, if i wander to somewhere in middle Africa, i might starve, suffer disease or pestilence or be eaten by a tiger.
I may however exercise such protections as i perceive and feel are necessary for self preservation. For example, on my free travels i might inoculate against disease, carry some lawful means of self defence or indeed lock my front door at night to guard against predation.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry).
