Hi Elmer
First thing to do is to use sellotape to lift the pollen from the carpet. This will take most of the pollen off. DO NOT rub the stain as this just grinds it further into the carpet.

Sorry about your carpet. Next time you're given lilies, pull the pollen-carrying stamens off first, and put them in your compost heap. It's also supposed to make the lilies last longer.Mortgage Free in Three cheerleader0

try sprinkling with bicarb and dampening, the bubbling effect can sometimes help lift it out.0

Have you tried dabbing the stain with some diluted soda crystal solution? I had some lily pollen on a table cloth and I was able to soak that in a solution of soda crystals and it did the trick. Ofcourse taking up your carpet to soak it overnight isn't an option!
I would try, dabbing with a soda crystal solution (you don't want to overwet the carpet, damp only!) then blot up the dampness with a plain white cloth (do not use a coloured cloth as the dye of that might transfer to the carpet).
Caution: Try a test first on a piece of your carpet that isn't seen ... you don't want the dye to come out of your carpet either!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
