Ive been txting since i topped up and my credit hasnt moved aside from the few calls i made...so...is there a counter or do you just keep going til your credit starts going down?
Thanks
You can just keep texting until either your 30 days run out (If you haven't topped up in the meantime) or you exceed the 300 free texts.
My phone does have a text counter but you have to remember to reset it every time you top up.0 -
Amazes me that these so called Rewards has started to come around since the launch ot EasyMobile. These big large mobile companies are panicking.0

that s the competition out there. at the birth of easymobile, all these operators have a new competitor, which means the risk of losing their customer. some incentive or promotion will definitly help and they are actually making millions of pounds every year, so 10% or somthing is really not much for them if that means they can stand strong in the competition.
at the end of the day when all those big companies fighting to get the customers we are the ones who benifit from that. you dunt want everything to be like tesco, kicking all others outta business so they can do what they wanted to do and leaves us with no choices0 -
I've been doing this 10% back for about 2 years or so, BUT what o2 don't tell you, is you can't use the credit for any payment of the tarriff (if PAYG as far as I'm aware, I abhor contracts) so effectively it's monopoly money!
I generally top up £16.50 per month and I get a bit of everything £16.50 for 500mb internet, calls texts (*which IMO is a scam, more in a bit) but if I have say £6.50 credit I cannot use this to part pay for my months credit!
* I top up via handset/O2 debit card and O2 only offer a billing system rounded to the pound, so for example every £9.50 you put on, you actually have to pay £10 , which in effect allows you 50p credit after your tarriff has expired.
....Also you now have the option to SAVE or CLAIM your 10% every 3 months, which again is a bit weird to me, I think the jiist is that you save credit towards a new handset / contract Not sure how this works though, my point is, O2 seem to be using the credit you earn to re-plough into it's own future offers to you as a customer, clever I reckon.
But I could be wrong, if anyone has any more on this i think it would be helpful.

I think you are making it more complicated than it is.
You can either CLAIM it and your air time balance will increase by the reward amount.
Or you can SAVE it up and use it for money off a new phone, gift voucher or whatever.0
