I was a complete starter - just three weeks ago!
I have to have my CeMap 1, 2 and 3 in order to get a job as a Mortgage Consultant Trainee - those are the rules laid down by the FSA.
The Company I had the interview with today are taking me on as a trainee - they do all the extra training on sales and marketing, mortgages, etc.
Getting a position was the hard part! It has taken me since last November to get this!0 -

You have done really well to be able to get such good marks on these tests in just 3 weeks from knowing nothing.
Well done!!:beer:0 -
Well, as I said, it has taken me since last November to find a training position.
Deciding what I was going to do was the easy part!0 -

Somethings finding jobs does take a while.
Well done!! I hope you make a lot on OTE and become rich!!:beer:0 -
I hardly know why I am bothering to write this, as you do seem to be reluctant to take advice, but...........
If you apply for jobs in the statutory sector (local authorities, schools, police etc) or voluntary sector (charities) they are normally mad keen to give as many jobs as possible to disabled people
Note: This does NOT mean that you will get a job for life. Equality means just that, and good employers will always expect the best from their employees, and will happily use sanctions such as disciplinaries to manage performance!!!!!!!1Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

I would always give my best to any job I have.
I have one application into a charity and another to a university so maybe I am aimming at the right sectors now.
I do have some other ideas of where I might like to go too. Maybe into Facilities management (that might include H&S too ) or into like a training officer.
I think all of those are achieveable for me with a bit more training.:beer:0 -

It is true that OTE is often unachieveable and is just a nice big figure they say to attract people to the job.:beer:0 -
