    same here i had 2 bottles delivered yesterday then later on i got the e mail from them, they do smell lovely can't wait to try them later today :D
    have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving

    Can anyone please tell me how their shampoo / conditioner was delivered - Royal Mail or another courier? I was supposed to get some but I never received it.

    I think mine came by courier. I've just completed the survey for the trial.

    Has everyone has their survey email for the shampoo and conditioner? I received the samples, however I didn't get any introductory email, so I'm wondering if I've been missed off somewhere.

    Two post trial emails were sent. The 2nd one is the correct one. Just completed mine.

    Did anyone else receive a email this week from Givaudan and when they clicked on the link it did not work, I tried several times and did not manage to get the survey.:mad:

    I've not had any further emails from them since the trial questionnaire, but received another £5 capital bond voucher.
