I keep getting emails saying that I haven't answered the questionnaire for the hand cream trial. I answered this on the day it was due and everytime I go and check online it says that the questionnaire isn't opend until the 6th Dec despite the fact that the trial is complete.
Anyone getting this?

Also got an invite to do a survey but when I click on the link no survey exists!

Me too but they've just sent out an apology and new questionaire

I'm currently testing the Ariel washing pods again - a different colour this time (green, first ones were pink). I love the laundry trials - I already have enough washing capsules and fabric conditioner to last me a few months

Oh dear, I've already used all of mine! I know I'm a bit early, but do we think they will be doing the perfume again next year? If so, what do you need to qualify? Thanks

I finished shampoo trial a while ago and have done the survey for washing tabs but not got any vouchers. Can I ask that we do get vouchers normally after trial surveys don't we?

I hope I get perfume this year as I missed out last time.

Its usually around February that happens and you need to have been a member of the panel for at least a year to qualify for the free perfume, as a rule. However, this does not necessarily mean you will receive it - not everybody does. I got a bottle this year and last year though so hoping for another one, still using my J'Adore by Dior

Yes, each product trial gets us a £5 voucher - they do tend to arrive several weeks after the actual trial though.
