I am looking for an advice. I have not received the link for sense club registration so I registered without their invite.
I have been selected for a trial of their washing powder and just received their email confirming that the test is a two stage test and they will be sending the product in two dates. I just realised that I will be away for the second stage and will not be able to receive it. As I remember they will be able to track the postage as they use signed delivery. I worry that if they find out I have not got the item, they will penalise me or even remove from the panel. I had no perfume this year and was hoping to get it next year. What would you do?

When did the email about the sense club go out? I also haven't received it, although I got the email saying I would be sent the link when it went 'live'.

Oddly enough I have been asked to do the washing powder trial...

Current panelists who do not complete the electronic documents will no longer be part of the Panel.
