I got the same email too, glad they are finally moving to a system where we can manage it ourselves and not have to rely on the post to France!

I emailed them and asked why I didn't get the email and they emailed back and said that its because they kicked me off the panel in January as they didn't receive my questionnaire :mad::mad:

I have now emailed them back and asked why I have been doing surveys and why I have an email from them saying that I was back on the panel as they got my replacement questionnaire :mad:

Received a £5 voucher from them in the post today for doing 5 surveys so I assume that's the last before they change to the new system.

However I also got an email saying:-

Dear Madam

The www.senses-club.com site is not yet active. You will receive an email upon its opening, and you will then have access to the documents.

Thanking you for your attention,

I e-mailed them after not hearing from them for ages and they didn't even bother writing back! So not impressed. They could at least have the decency to reply. I'd been completing all the surveys but didn't have a questionnaire the last time around otherwise I would have completed it. Do they just kick you off for no reason and not let you know?
