I haven't, luckily my house buyer (after we had spoken) refused the delivery and DPD are delivering to my new address, I hope........

Sarah, in their yesterdays e-mail they categorically said that they will not send me the form as I am their panelist already.
It is quite worrying that I have no surveys from them since they removed me in July.It's look like they blacklisted me for no reason.

I haven't had any surveys from them in months, haven't been told I've been removed and received my perfume last week so there seems to be no reason to any of it!

How about reapplying with a different email address? Could be worth a try?

Sarah, do you mean emailing them from a different email address and asking to become a panellist? But they will see that it's me when I gIve them my contact address where to send a form.

They probably wouldn't notice as they don't seem to pay much heed to people's addresses, going by the number of folks on here who mention advising Givaudan of a change of address, Givaudan acknowledging same but then ignoring and continuing to post things to the old address.

Alternatively, could you give them your work address instead when submitting via a new email?

I can't give them my work address due to the nature of my work as if I get anything delivered from givaudan to work, it may be a problem. Is there a form or link at the Givaudan website where you can apply to become a panellist without e-mailing them? Thanks

Thanks for the link. I did apply through the link and also sent them e-mail from a different e-mail address asking to join. Had no reply which is quite unusual as they would normally reply. Very strange. I think I have been definitely blacklisted for no reason.
