I ha also assumed there would be no perfume this year, so was pleasantly surprised when I got the Chronopost email last week. On my way home from work I got an email to say that the parcel had been delivered to my neighbour. Judging from the look on his face, I must have looked quite excited about the wee brown box he had for me!


EMH, I'm not so keen on it so far, but it might grow, or it might be another fight between my sister and nieces :-) My OH has told me not to decide until he smells it.....

Please can someone advise me as I am rather annoyed about all this. Last year I returned my fully completed big questionnaire to them on the same day I received it. Waited for their confirmation until they sent their email in the beginning of summer
saying they removed me from the panel for not receiving my form. I questioned it and they said that they are confused about all this and I am still in the panel. Then I had nothing from them since then. I asked them and they replied that all the surveys are random and we can't all have them. I emailed them saying that
it's strange
that I dont receive anything and if they send me the big
questionnare again so I can start from the scratch. They replied no need for new form as I am
the panellist. Then I applied myself again by filling new application form through the link on their site but again they did not send me the form. Therefore no perfume for me this
year. I sent them email expressing my disappointment and they replied saying they were chosing the free gift receivers according how serious they were and their attendance...Please can you advise of what would you do in this situation?

They allegedly never received my big questionnaire so they kicked me off and then re instated me. Thank god they have now changed it to online and no more paper questionnaires to get lost in the post.

I never got perfume this year but I got an email saying that not everyone will get the perfume anymore and that I will receive it next year.

There is nothing you can do to be fair, you either stick with it or leave them.

I never received an e mail from chronopost, but there was a DPD card waiting for me when I got home last night, and this morning I received my perfume CPF so fingers crossed for anyonestill waiting.

Hi Sarah, how did you re-apply? I asked them to send me the big form but they replied before that there is no need for it but they are now ignoring as no answering to my emails. Have you had any surveys from them since they removed you? I had nothing since July and to be honest I think they are actually removed me despite them telling me I am still their panellist.

Has anyone who moved address and the package got sent to the old address heard back from Givaudan?
I've sent them two emails, one a week ago, and they haven't replied

They sent me the paper questionnaire.

About 2 weeks after I sent back the replacement paper questionnaire I got an email saying that I was back on the panel.

Thank god that they have moved to doing it online now so no more lost paper questionnaires for me next year!

I emailed them asking about the perfume and got a reply back saying that I was now classed as a new panelist so the perfume would be sent next year as they are moving to sending it to people every 2 years which is what a few people on here have already said.

Hi, Sarah, thanks for your reply. I have emailed them today and asked for the form to be sent to me. They wrote back saying no need for it. Its worries me that I had no surveys since they sent that email about removing from the panel last July. Have you had any surveys from them recently?
