Yes you are correct the perfume is usually sent jan/feb time....however that was when they used to send the booklet questionaire annually,
Last year they announced that the questionaire would only be sent every 2 years and did not clarify what would happen with the perfume gift that usually arrived with it.
Its my understanding thay perhaps perfume will only be sent every 2 years now...but who knows,it would be good to get a bottle in the next couple of weeks!

Finally an end to them not losing the paper questionnaires !!

Just received this:
Dear Madam,

We confirm having received all the documents to take part in our Panel and we thank you very much for your trust.
Therefore in the coming months, we are going to change a lot of things about the Panel's management and especially the way to subscribe to the Panel.
The questionnaire and the contract will be directly filled on-line.
In the 3 coming months, you will receive an invite in order to take part in our Panel and fill all the documents.
We are sincerely worried about this inconvenience and we hope that you will join our numerous panelists

I received that email today too.
I replied back to ask if we still had to do it online if we filled out a paper questionnaire a few weeks ago.
The answer is yes we do. ... I find that quite annoying actually, it took me the best part of half hour to fill it in, only to be told i have to do it again when they send me the email...
They could have changed the way of doing things before sending them out...

Does anybody know how long roughly it takes, to receive a voucher from them, when you have completed a survey? I completed 2 in November, and not received anything.

I thought you needed to complete 5 surveys before you get a voucher. You get 1 if you have done a trial.

As xsunnysuex says, its a £5 voucher for every 5 surveys so you still have 3 to go Foxy16.

I've not had this e mail yet but it will be much better this way. i last filled the questionnaire in about this time last year and thought it was only going to be every other year now so not sure if i will get this again soon or not.

I agree, it will be a much better way of doing it as I was kicked off the panel last year because they didn't receive my questionnaire even though I filled it in and sent it the same day I received it.

Oh well, they obviously boobed before and I was lucky to get a voucher for each survey I completed, good while it lasted.

I mailed givaudan re whether we will receive perfume this year
I have had no reply as of yet
Has anyone had their bottle yet this year ?
