Thanks, I also wondered if it was a scam, but noticing that it was coming from Chronapost based in France- I figured it was something from Givaudin. However, I've had the exact same problem- they're sending it to an old address. I have emailed them again stating my new one and asking them to update their records. I will get it this time because I took out a long redirect, but not in the future- if they don't update their blooming records as they should!

No email for me having been on the panel for years until they threw me off last year for allegedly not receiving my questionnaire and only re joining me a month or so ago.:(

I feel your pain sarah...that happened to me about 4 years ago and by token of their mistake I missed out on 2 deliveries of the perfume even though I was registered on the panel. It seems as if they zero your perevious record with them and you are effectively a new recruit again for the year following re registration.
