Now this is a nice one and shows how Freecycle should be usedFully working HP LaserJet 1010 printer with part used toner cartridge,
full working order.
This printer was received from another Freecycler for spares or repair.
I've now repaired it, used it for a couple of weeks until I could
afford a replacement toner for my LaserJet 1320, and now I'm offering
it back to the Freecycle community.
Please email me if you would like to be considered for the printer,
stating why you'd need/like it.
I would prefer it went to a charity, group or club, but I will consider
all requests.
I'll choose the "winner" on Friday 11th May, to give everyone a fair
chance, not just first reply recieved. Collection from near Bala - but
I could arrange to meet the new owner in Corwen, Llangollen, or Wrexham
town centre.
Same guys has also offered, under the same conditions, a Philips 890 DVD Recorder (tho he says it's a bit fussy about disks, but he's including 10 unused ones of a brand that have always worked) :j0 -
Someone round here wanted some paragliding equipment
I always thought that was a bit much to ask. Maybe he got some

Offer…….Very small keyboard - 22 small keysRemind me…. How many letters are in the alphabet?
Greek alphabet - 24 letters
and the Georgian alphabet has 41 letters
but the Rotokas alphabet has only twelve letters.
However since this keyboard is for PLAYING MUSIC on, I dont think it really matters !

This is a great thread (it's taken me hours to get through it all though!)
Cheekiest request I ever saw (other than the usual collection of messages asking for laptops and listing the required specifications) was this:
WANTED: 19" monitor/scanner/a3 printer
I am about to start a university course in multimedia and would benefit
from a 19" + size monitor and possibly an A3 printer and or scanner
that will work with XP operating system. Your assistance would be much
appreciated
The thing was, the email address seemed a bit professional. Sure enough, when I checked the website for that email address, it was for a Web Design and Development company, with a whole portfolio of work shown.
About to be a student? I suspected not. Just some bloke who wanted some freebies for his company. I complained to the moderator, but never got a response.0 -

I've got one of each, and neither work.
I'd swap both for a curry0
