    Hi
I got this recently off Freecycle and decided to offer it back out to
    someone who wants it.

Please email me if your interested.

 Makes you wonder why they bagged it if they didn't want it in the first place

I'm so glad you posted this one as I have a couple of rowan tree's growning in my garden which are about 2-3 feet tall and have just grown from seeds the birds have dropped and I don't want them.

I did also have a sycamore tree too but dug it up and binned it but it did cross my mind to put them on freecycle as maybe someone would like the rowan tree's for the birds in the winter or even as a memorial tree. What do you guys think? Do it or not?

PS My neighbour has two beautiful specimens of rowan trees growing in his garden which started off as seedlings from mine which I dug up and gave to him so they are of good stock the new seedlings and I can show possible folks just what they will look like in 5 years to come :rotfl:

This just appeared on the bottom of one of my local wanteds

Please note that I don't hold by first-come-first-served. Charitable causes always given priority. Will decide Tuesday evening.

Collection before, or on, Saturday if possible please.

Good for her - bet she still gets the 'i want it, I'll collect tonight' brigade though:D

and on the 'stuffed animal theme'

After walking round xxxxxx on saturday getting soaked
searching for our 2 yr old daughters comfort teddy which she has had
since birth (which thankfully we found!) weve decided it would be a
good idea to get a spare but mothercare no longer do them and ive
searched ebay also but no luck! so if anyone had a teddy the same as
this that is no longer needed it would be very much appreciated! any
condition accepted as it cant possibly be worse than this one as she
    carries him everywhere!

    this is lamby!

we can collect xxxxxxxxxxxxx area, but are willing to travel pretty much anywhere to save us from the bedtime from hell should she ever loose it again!

    thanks

I know several people that have had that problem - bedtime from hell pretty much sums it up:eek:

  • This thread is great reading :D

Its amazing how cheeky/rude some people are.

I saw this on one of my local groups:
WANTED:I am looking for a lead rein pony for my four year old son. An older
semi-retired outgrown pony would be ideal.

Just wondering how many of you have a spare pony knocking about?

    Another one:
my son just broke my landline phone so i need one asap i cant travel
far and i live in xxxxxxx

Hiya - yes I love seeing the plants/trees/shrubs that are offered - seems to happen quite a lot on one of my groups. I got some little catmint plants a couple of weeks back from a local freecycler, and they're bushing out nicely! Would have been such a pity if they'd ended up on a tip somewhere. I'd definitely put your rowan trees on freecycle - they'll be snapped up :T
Tell them they can borrow your spade to dig them up :D
