hmmm, I think this phrase might catch on ;) Do you mind if I borrow it next time I post an offered:D

I replied to a wanted recently and the very nice bloke came and picked it up last night, very friendly, very grateful, and we had a lovely thank you email this morning - so there are people out there who appreciate freecycle.

What a cheek, since when were you the postman?! I'd have been so annoyed if I'd had that sent to me, I though what I got yesterday was bad enough!

i am in two minds whether to cancel my membership to bl**dy freecycle. at 12, i picked from the hat for 4 items listed, emailed lucky people, one person has sent back that she didn't just want 1 item, she wants all of them (she did send an email for each one), and isn't prepared to travel to collect for less than all of them. i'm sure its in secret writing that magically appears on my posts to mess me about,
am i wrong to be mad. i'm not giving her them all though, she can get stood on. but i've half a mind to keep a list of people who mess me about and post it to the board. thank you for the space to rant. (and sorry, i seem to be ranting lots at the moment. )

The cheeky beggar !! How rude of her! In your shoes I'd simply tell her she wasn't getting anything in view of her attitude.
