When I've posted 'offered' ads, the ones that write back saying 'I'll take it off your hands' always amuse me. There's never a 'please' anywhere in those sort of replies. I just want to write back and say 'well actually, no you won't'.

HI All. I am looking for a few items, please let me know if you can
help.

1/ Wardrobe – wanted for me, my wife has nearly filled the double
wardrobe of her clothes – I keep telling her she's spoilt!

2/ Motor bike – newly passed DAC , I am looking for a starter bike.
If it is an OK condition, maybe just needs putting it through a
service/mot and taxing – I could justify that to the Mrs.

3/ Exercise Step. – No that's not for me – I am of a larger size, and
am happy.

4/ `Hat' the top part that goes on the garden heaters – This is for
my buddy at work, his blew over and is now all bent out of shape.

5/ a sense of humour, I could do with one as I am sure you have noted
above.

Cheeky beggar !!! 'desperate' indeed :rolleyes: He should try Ebay or a good old fashioned shop (where you have to give money for an item) or post a wanted ad. in the local paper!

I know , I tripped over my luxury yacht the other day, serves me right leaving it on the kitchen floor I guess :rolleyes:

it's the sort of thread were you just HAVE to stick your nose in from time to time just in case there has been a good 'wanted' posted, must admit though the cheeky ones dont seem so frequent.

any freecycle mods care to throw in any good ones that they have turned down, pretty please.
