yes by cardo you know what the beach is like down that end?
and the other beaches you said about do they all have parking?

fairclaire wrote: »I love reading about everyone's successes on here. Just had a boots points windfall today so thought I'd share with everyone because I'm chuffed to bits and my OH just said 'oh that's good' when I told him.
I bought the deal on money supermarket website the other week for new treat street users. Pay £6, buy something through treat street and get 1200 points. Not used treat street before. I bought a £3.50 plant from eBay that I was going to buy anyway. After a week my I checked treat street and nothing was showing so I emailed boots. I didn't receive an answer to my email but I did check my boots account today and it shows. 1200 points for the money supermarket deal and..............1235 points for my £1235.00 purchase from eBay!!!!!!!!
So with what I had in there I now have £29 odd worth of boots points :T:T
Happy!
Fantastic news!Mine are still processing
Bootsalebargains wrote: »Evening all, I've got no chance of catching up, spent all afternoon packing for our holiday, took oh to the hospital just to get his foot dressed and it's alot worse since yesterday, gangrene is spreading and infection has spread right across the underneath of his foot so they've took him into hospital.
I just don't know what to do, was going to phone up and cancel holiday but he's made me promise not to cancel and still take our daughter. It's only 40 minutes drive so if I go after visiting tomorrow I can come back to visit tuesday & thursday, his brother is going in sunday & wednesday, my sister monday & friday and we'd be back next saturday.
Am I being selfish even considering it?
I think you should go, it's only 40 minutes and you can pop back, your OH wants you to go, go onSo now they have to have bottled water upstairs & downstairs
just kidding
yes I see your reasoning & we do live in a hard water area & we do get a lot of limescale in the kettle
Me too, I just read it can help, it makes sense that if they check for sediment and need it to be low, taking some out of the water might make some differenceNo Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I agree with everyone else go as dh would like you to,it will do you and dd good and hopefully dh too as if you stay he will feel bad/sad.
what about getting dd to make him a card/picture around a photo of you both that could be left with the nurses/relatives to be given to him on the first day you go so that he can have in next to him,and another for the second day and then on the first day of you're holiday send him a postcard as soon as you get there so he gets it on day 3 and so on
hope that makes sence
and if he fills like eating maybe a 'goodie' too.
and dd could find the nicest shell on the beach that could be washed and bought back for him.
