I suppose it was meant to the first but the bra's dimensions and weight were most similar to the latter.

Sorry! Just hopped back online.
It cost £2.20 to send. I wrapped it in bubble wrap because it was underwired and I didn't want an overzealous post worker accidentally pushing the wiring through. It was a heavy gel filled padded bra (sorry for any blokes reading this)- I just don't understand why someone would lie about it though?
The joke is that I sold a few of these types of bra and charged the exact same postage and they were all being sent in the UK, but this is the only one I have received a neg for.
I'm still on 4.8 stars though- do you think this buyer was lying/moaning for the sake of it?
I'd comment saying 'It cost £2.20, and that's what was charged. Thanks for the neg!'If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
If the comment is factually incorrect then you have three possible options: (1) phone eBay to challenge it. Trouble is, they may remove the comment but leave the neg and low stars (2) nicely explain to your buyer that they may have you confused with another seller, as the bra was well packaged as you have explained above, and cost £2.20 to post. Ask whether they would revise their feedback. (3) Reply to their feedback stating it actually cost £2.20.
Or, actually there is a 4th option: (4) do nothing. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

I think as it is a neg I would be inclined to phone both ebay and the buyer to see if either will remove it. A simple 'hi, I wondered if you have muddled me up with another seller' sort of conversation with the buyer might just do it?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
