I got mine prescribed from GP 2 weeks ago and have been using it religiously twice a day. What a difference, I can hardly believe it. Its like day and night. I just wished that I had gone to the GP about it before now. It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0

Will send you a messageIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -

It is a prescription only product. Most NHS PCT's have now blacklisted it and therefore its rarely, if it all, prescribed on the NHS. Private prescription prices vary. Online bulk-buy (6 tubes) is about £55 per tube. Over the counter at Boots is £78. Also to get a doctor to write out a private prescription in the first place can cost you - Admin fee, Consulting fee for example.
So I can't see how the seller on ebid is doing it. Is it left overs from when they were prescribed it on the NHS? Due to decent shelf-life, I don't think so. Have they brought it in from outside the UK - possibly, but again the price is a little on the low side to make it worth their while. Have they got their hands on it because they work for the manufacturer - well I doubt it's for sale in the staff shop!
Don't know how they are doing it unless it's somehow dodgy.
The trouble is......it's so damn tempting when you are desperate
I agree
It's a tad dodgy but I'm also getting tempted to buy
I'm plucking daily now, yes I'm 49 but still it makes me feel dreadful
What really worries me is all my older friends are quite upfront about having to help their mums out when they are poorly in hospitals so mum keeps their dignity , I ave no kids and am seeing me with a rumplestiltskin beard time I die lol0 -
I have to help my mum out too so know where you're coming from! She won't even talk about it to any of my sisters. Only me coz I've the same 'issue' as she does!
Honestly? Go for it!! Glad mackeroo is having success tooWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -

Hi have u tried hairycure? its a natural oil, i tried it 3 years ago. my mom had sideburns that she hated and when my underarms got irritated from shaving she gave me what was left over from her bottle. i just waxed n rubbed it in. had to do it about 4 or 5 times but it grew back thinner n thinner and ive been hair free now for 3 yrs. i think more women should now about it. im sure a search engine would find it. its called hairycure. mum said she paid less than 50pounds for it which is nothing campared to laser. anyway, its herbal so thats why my mom cud use it on her face. try it im landed i dont hav2 shave n irritate my pits nemore0

I got my OH to do my jawline for me and I now don't have that permanent red rash I had on my jawbone from constantly plucking. I won't lie some of the hairs when the 'go' (explode more like) does hurt. I actually had a tear rolling down my cheek when one really wiry hair went.
Legs: Only noticed a few hairs not come back and more success on my knees and upper thighs.
I bought a nono, but I am struggling to get to grips with it. I rarely get a smooth finish (I use the buffer). It does a fine job on my face, but I get regrowth very quickly. Legs I haven't really knuckled down with, it takes so long. I have tried some bikini line but its barely touching them....
Any tips?0 -
