Another freebie in Estee Lauder Perfectionist Serum 7ml - quite glad this came starting to run low on day serums (but have loads of night repair ones).
Mine arrived today too, not sure whether to put it into holiday kit, or stick to tried and tested. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -

They're like buses lol.
Another UU Dove Damage Control Intense repair conditioner.
this was a freebie mini that came through the post. Would I buy? It was no massive difference to anything else, nothing special, so probably not.0 -

up with indigestion after a late indian:(resisted the glossybox second chance july box as def don't need it and when you get 5/18 possible items probably won't be things I'd use anyway!
did buy a new top and skirt this week from phase eight onlinedespite DS2 saying its an old ladies shop!!!)skirt was down from £69 to £19 so I HAD to get it(didn't I?)....er yes I know this should be on the clothes challenge but busted my budget on there once the sales started:rotfl:....would not mind but with the awful weather have not worn the lovly new clothes I bought:(:( and need to decide what to take on hols...too much choice:rotfl:then of course there are the tolietries to consider:rotfl:I take a 250 mls size of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to do 2 of us for two weeks and 100mls toothpaste but as for skincare it is hard to decide.I don't wear much make up in a hot climate so that is not a problem.
We use 1 case as too mean to pay for anymore and this year I bought two hamman towels from white company to save space. It said to wash before use and they seem quite hard to me plus are white so not sure what DH will say about taking them on the beach!!!
we seem to have dropped ? of the day, maybe it should be what tolietries you take on hols?(tho maybe I am late with this one......fed up seeing references to Christmas parties etc already:rotfl:)

Up with all sorts of aches and pains, so comiserate Rosemary. I hate holiday packing, and am not a travel light person, lack of confidence in what I need I think. I have an elderly friend, who is always neat and looks nice, but not especially well dressed IYKWIM, she has literally travelled the world, some most obscure places, for work and for pleasure, off she goes with one small suitcase, I am so envious. We are going away in our motorhome, so have space issues, not weight restrictions, it is very casual, so am getting better at this type of packing, and can take quite a few full size toiletries, need to start sorting things out. Night night, back to bed with mug of tea, hoping to go back to sleep soon. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0

I bought a dress and top from Phase 8 for my cruise. Emma wasn't with us when I got those but she did comment that the M&S outlet at Cheshire Oaks was an old lady shop and I shouldn't be in there (I'm 43). Saw this as a compliment at the time. x
It's quite liberating this time being able to take as much as we want although I still need to tackle that biscuit tin tonight! Couldn't be bothered last night. Sat down and watched The Help (great film if anyone wants a recommendation) and Emma painted my toes ready for the hols. Am wearing OPI Animalistic. Lovely bright metallic orange.
2 x UUs to report: Sure deodorant - don't have any preferences re: deodorant as long as it works and doesn't take forever to dry I'm happy. Only use roll ons though. Am using an ASDA one now.
S&G Scrub of your Life. WNBA. Don't like body scrub in tubes. Prefer pots. Fine as a scrub though. Now only have the tub of S&G Sugar Crush that I bought at weekend but want to save that for my hols so will not be scrubbing again prior to hols (unless I pinch a bit of Emma's new TBS Strawberry Body Polish).
Work feels so much better this week as I'm in holiday mode. Am only person walking around the place with a huge grin on their face. 3 more sleeps. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I go camping next week so I will be taking 2 travel size Champneys skin comforting shower gels, 1 travel size shampoo and 2 conditioners. We come back for one day then go to Chester for 2 nights, as we are staying in a hotel I will be taking a mini Mandara spa Amber Heaven bubble bath, body cream and shower gel and also their Citrus Spice shower gel ( this is one of the nicest smelling shower gels I use, a gentle citrus with a hint of nutmeg - divine).
The BBC weather on line is annoying me, whenever I look at the 5 days ahead of the current 5 days it shows rain, cloud and sun for everyday and they have been doing this for weeks. If they cannot forecast ahead I wish they would just say so as I can't cope with another wet camping trip and am beginning to panic.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
