Whoops, I missed these two posts yesterday, sorryThis is beautiful, I've borrowed it and posted on my Nan's FB page, she used to love FB and her page is now a page where we can talk to her x
I'm glad the funeral went as well as it could, hugs xxx
We had the same for Nan's funeral, so many family members that I'd not met. I could talk a lot about it, but this isn't the place for that xx
Really hope your brother is home today and nothing else comes out to bite you!
Big hugs xxx
That is lovely about your Nan's FB pageI still send text messages to Alan's mobile phone, mainly telling him how much I love him and miss him
well I did until I cancelled his account last month when the contract was up
I do hope they sort your Brother's meds put soon, I'm not well myself at the mo but not sure what - docs are testing - may be diabetic or something. Wish they would find out what is the matter though as I am tired of feeling unwll all the time. i do have a raging thirst all the time though so they may be on the right track. Anyway blood tests next Thursday so we will see. Ears are totally blocked as well but doc won't sringe as I may also have an infrction - they always come in bunches don't they.
We had to have Kelso dog put to sleep last week, he bit OH suddenly and he wouldn't let go - you just can't take chances so it was over quite quickly. OH was with him to the end but I didn't have time to say goodby so it has been hard. We have taken the desision to concentrate on ourselves now, we are off to London to visit DD - she is being evicted from her flat because the council are reclaiming it from her landlords as they need it for their own tennants due to the bedroom tax - she is a property guardian and lives in soon to be demolished properties to stop them from being vandelised - her landlords may have an alternative fo her though so hopefully she will be sorted soon.
Anyway sorry to bring more gloom to the thread, it just seems to be the way at the moment.
So sorry to hear you aren't well JayJay and I hope they can track down the problem, though it does sound like diabetes with the thirst. Sad to hear about Kelso too but we did that once with a beloved dog with a nasty bite in him, so I understand and know how you must feelAs you say, just like me know, you can concentrate of your own life, and enjoy the freedom it gives you. Hope your DD gets sorted quickly

The doc saw my brother today and said he could come home this afternoon, but with double betablockers and new increased dose tablets for his cholesterol, so, as soon as his meds were delivered to the ward, I went down to pick him up around 3pm, then took him home and settled him back in. He is feeling ok, which is good :j
Anyway, that means that I can drive home tomorrow :j :jMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
