I've done the hall, and the lounge, AND the bathroom.:T So I'm ahead of myself.;)

Just need to do my daily Brain Training now.:o

I won't be around tomorrow - thought I'd just say, as I don't want anyone wondering why I'm not posting.;)

I feel a need for more caffeine, but I've already drunk a whole pot of filter coffee today, so probably shouldn't have any more.:o

Mr LW tells me we're going out this evening - he's got a "Mission Enjoyable" to do, which is basically a Mystery Shopper type thing at a Real Ale pub.;)

Afternoon all, big hello to all newbies, thanks for the lists and i hope all poorlies feel better soon. Mumto5 big hugs, i say stuff em too. LW big hugs sweetie xx

I has a busy time last week, DS2's b'day so his friend was up. DD went to a friends house for the weekend, so me and the boys had pizza and a movie on sunday. Yesterday i spent all day cleaning all the bedrooms, my room and DD is spotless, boys is still a WIP. It may take some time.

Today i've got my other pair of curtains for the livingroom and finally have all the washing done. :D Tomorrow i have the doctors and then i'm meeting a friend on thursday for coffee and a good chat. :j
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Still attempting to clear the DR - probably shouldn't have emptied the cupboard in there and sorted a couple of boxes out in the conservatory as well. Now I can see even less of the floor - can't see my bed for that matter either! I'd better carry on as I've got to find somewhere to put this carpet - can't put it in DD's BR as I can't see the floor in there. Good news though is I've found the guarantee for my kindle which means I can go and get a new one as this one is kaput - think it's had something put on it - but it's covered for all type of damage so back it can go!

Dusty - presumably the school does SATs then;)

I would have hated my kids being assigned books like this - but they read because they have to - I read for pleasure - would be no hassle for me personally, nor would it have been at that age. It sounds as if it's going to be an intense year for him.

    What books are they?

    Is this standard procedure?

Dusty - I think thats terrible, he shouldn't have work set for him in the summer hols!! My DD never had any reading or work to do in summer hols when she moved up and that was only 2 yrs ago.

Fed the kids. well MacD did! Can you tell I'm a good Mum lol

Trying to make plans for an exciting day tomorrow but failing miserably, trying to hook up with a friend and her kids and arrange somewhere to meet where kids can run off boundless amounts of energy, aiming for a long walk in a wood somewhere followed by Picnic and then another long walk, should make them tired, just need friend to get back to me!! Oh I'm so impatient lol

Right, back to flying - need to get some washing dry in the TD and put another load on
