good things include the kitchen (fantastic room) and bathroom.
negatives would be that it has only one reception room and even that is very small. the bedrooms all looked small to me aswell, not blindlingly obvious which is the master.
one small gripe would be the lack of a floorplan too.

The thing is how big would you get for £140k it's a mid terraced 3 bed house for a good price. Locally except the recently purchased council houses we have in the not nice areas this is the norm round here. It's not until you start spending £175+ that you get second reception rooms and bigger bedrooms. I know this as it's the brackets weve been looking in.
The boys room is virtually the same size as ours I think it may actually be a carbon copy actually so it is ample sized.
I think for a 3 bed mid terraced it's a not bad size really. Unless you go for something built earlier you'd have similar room sizes.0
