bdini - can you ask for someone else to always be there so you never have one on one time with this bully?
Oh and I got 2 more nsds taking me to 14 please!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

BDINI - that man sounds like a tool! I hope you get a new job soon! I feel your pain, the boss "jokes" saying that the shops don't like any of us in accounts. It's not funny, it's hurtful. Maybe your guy thinks he's been funny? Even if so it's not acceptable!
Anyway I think I have got another NSD this week but can't be sure, I won't make target so have effectively given up again for August! This is meant to be my nice quiet time of year, before I start college again in September, but feels more stressful! I have nothing really to complain about, just my own stupidity and lack of restraint with money!
Hopefully I will get my !!!!! in gear next month!

If it ever happens again then you should tell him that if he has any concerns he should refer you to occ health (or whatever you have) and you will discuss it with someone who is qualified and not an arrogant opinionated twit!!!
And he certainly shouldn't be saying 'good' when you say you are looking for some thing else. He should be supporting you and talking through what is making you feel like you need to move on.
In our work place supervision notes are taken and signed off by both parties then stored electronically on our personal files and I always keep a hard copy in my own personal folder. You need to request a copy of those minutes, make sure everything is documented and keep it.
This has made me so mad :mad: Can you tell :rotfl:
Me too freeby, I was fuming when I read BDINI's post last night, and still am really:mad::mad:
BDINI, freeby is right, he has no right to say anything like that to you. He is an out and out bully and has the management skills of a 2 month old baby.
I really hope you can get out of there soon for your sake.

Lovely puds, JCG. Love the names as well, though I guess Percy was relieved at not having to put up with being called Maud for much longer:rotfl:The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

He seems to have a different target every so often, he was having a go at me a while back, then he moved onto someone else & was all over me like i was his best friend, now he's back to picking on me! I do know there are other people who agree about the concerns that i raised that started his rant, but everyone seems to be so scared i'm not sure they would make it formal, although i do agree that it would be a great way forward
Could you record (tape) any conversations you have with him?
Where i work anything that could be used for recording is not allowed, but what i am doing is emailing each incident from my work account to a personal one, so i have time & date stamps, not much, but i'm hoping that it may count in some way as evidence if he tries to claim i've made it all up after the fact.
Huge hugs to you and I do hope that you find something else soon,so you don't have to put up with this pathetic idiot much longer.freebyfifty wrote: »I wouldn't matter if it was on top of the Eiffel Tower or at the bottom of the Grand Canyon when he accuses you of having MH problems. We don't have occ health as far as i know, but that got me thinking, we have a third party staff wellbeing organisation we can use for counselling & stuff, so i think it will definitely be worth having a chat with them, thank you!

Ours are all paper & he refused to add this on, saying i didn't want my mental health issues to be part of my personnel record. I was so upset i just didn't have the strength to argue, but i think i will try to make him do it next time, although i doubt he will agree, especially as he was also slagging off other staff members at the same time as having a go at me!

I'll definitely try this, but i think everyone is too scared of him to help me if i try to take a standjaffacakegal wrote: »BDINI - that man sounds like a tool! I hope you get a new job soon! Awww that is horrible hun, i'm sorry you also seem to have the boss from hell!! & agreed, not funny at all!

Thank you all of you so so much for the support, i don't think you will ever know how much it means!
For everyone who is mad on my behalf, thanks, it has helped me to stay mad instead of melting in a puddle of self pity! it has also helped me to realise that the wobbles i have had when i thought that maybe it was me & everything he said was true are really not the case.
I still don't know exactly what i am going to do, but i know that i will work it out (with help from you lot, obviously)
