Good morning folks,
Spoony, it's your turn to laugh, as I also forgot to post NSD16 for Thursday during my post yesterday:o.
I doubt it's going to be an NSD for me today, as my suit is too big for me and another one that didn't fit me for years and now does is deemed unsuitable by Mrs Red, so open wallet surgery it is:mad::mad::mad:. The only positive I can think of is that some of the major stores have sales and discounts etc.
I hope everyone is well and looking forward to the Bank Holiday weekend:).
I'll post later in the unlikely event that I do have an NSD today.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
£2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!0 -

Been MIA for a few weeks so catching up with the thread but have managed to bag 12 NSD'sso farSmall victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0

Got one page back & saw BDINI's rant - I am so ANGRY that someone in a supervisory role should treat you like that. I know you've had lots of really good advice/suggestions but just a thought - if he will not document everything that has been discussed on the pretence that it wont look good on your file I would tell him that if he is not prepared to document it then you cannot regard it as a constructive comment on your performance & you will ignore it.
Big hug & chin up for when the little bar steward get back from his hols (hope its p*ssed with rain all over him too)Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0
