Got one page back & saw BDINI's rant - I am so ANGRY that someone in a supervisory role should treat you like that. I know you've had lots of really good advice/suggestions but just a thought - if he will not document everything that has been discussed on the pretence that it wont look good on your file I would tell him that if he is not prepared to document it then you cannot regard it as a constructive comment on your performance & you will ignore it.

Big hug & chin up for when the little bar steward get back from his hols (hope its p*ssed with rain all over him too)

Thanks silvasaver, i must hold myself together enough to not turn into a gibbering jelly next time he has me in the office, then i might actually be able to say that to him!!
Trouble is he's such a backstabber i reckon he will do what he wants regardless of whether i ignore him or not!!

Oh well, still 2 more days off & bless him my little old man friend is trying so hard to cheer me up, he's taking me to the seaside to see his sister tomorrow, i think a bit of bracing sea air is just what i need (if the rain holds off that is!!)

    & i weighed myself today & i am finally under 10 stone :j:j
I'm not very good at dieting, so all the pain in the gym must be paying off!! I'm celebrating with the left over red from last night

Oh & before i have to blame the wine, it's number 15 for me today :j

    Me again - I'm sorry :o

Would anyone mind if I started September's thread today? It's still a bit early but I won't have much time through the week to get it up and running.
I had to double check the date this morning and then sat and stared at it for ages thinking that it couldn't possibly be nearly the end of August already  Where has this year gone??? Washed away with all the rain I suspect

Anyway, I'll just bash on with it I think and post the link later. Hope that's okay with you all.

Please make sure you take a witness in next time Mouth Almighty calls you to the office. Is there someone at work who would do that for you, or else join a union ASAP to get some support. As others have said, what he is doing to you is Harrassment, & he cannot be allowed to get away with it.
Another option would be to invest in a dictaphone(sp?) & smile sweetly as you say "You don't mind if I record this for MY records do you?"
Good Luck mate; sending vibes to strengthen that backbone & my second best set of gnashers if you break yer teef on a stick of rock at the beach :D

Meanwhile..back at the day job..me muvva 'n me have been a right pair of miseries. Neither of us have felt like going out, but that does mean I'm up to a baker's dozen now :j Number 13 checked in yesterday--rather late so sshhhh--so I need to find some more nsd cups before they wake for brekkie. Let's hope they all send postcards inviting their rellies to join them :T

By all means-though I can't believe that it's almost September!
