Virgin PAYG unlock query?

Hi there,
If I use a dualsim device on a Virgin handset, will the credit on both simcards count toward the minimum spending ON THE PHONE, as they said on their webiste, i.e, one sim w/10 pounds loaded, and the other, 20?
Is it possible? can I request them to unlock if I have two simcards with total credit LOADED 30 pounds, not yet spent?
Thanks,
The £30 needs to be on the one SIM and allocated to one number however you can get them to transfer caling credit from one SIM to another. They have done that for me, the only exception was that the amounts transfered can only be top-ups loaded after any initial free credit and excluded the usual initial £5 which comes on the SIMs.0
