i did buy a new battery , car works perfect just needed a new battery so i will now sell on hebay instead of scrap..thanks for all your advice0 -

If you dont want to buy water just boil the kettle and allow to cool completely and that is the same thing.
for a scrap battery that's fine for a good battery it will cost you more in electricity to collect enough condensate to top up a battery.0
