Android Live Traffic App

Hi All

After an android live traffic app, preferably free but willing to pay if need to!

Would like one that will give alternative routes.

Any reviews and recommendations please?

Thanks, I do use google maps and their routes are good, as is the live traffic but there alternative routes are pony!

Co Pilot i believe has free traffic for twelve months .

All the tests i have seen regarding live traffic and routing in the UK on mobiles Tom Tom is top followed by Co-Pilot .

£18.99 for the Co-Pilot app though, not sure want to pay that much for 12 months

Got this and it is fairly good, but was after on that gives alternative routes (which I have now added to OP, oops!)

There is a traffic widget on my handset (SE) also there is INRIX to name two.

Thanks DUTR, that traffic widget is excellent and I hadn't noticed that one, apparently it slipped in with a Google Maps update. Gonna have a good look through the latest widgets.

INRIX looks like it may be worth a go but most of reviews seem to be from the States, have you used it? Or has anyone else?

Is the traffic widget different to the one I mentioned on Google maps?

I thought you meant the option when you are en route and you look at the traffic view on the actual map? If so then yes!
