Did you click on the hyperlink posted by steveE2 ?
If you did it is incorrect - it reads 192.168.1.1 but links incorrectly to 192.168.0.1
Open your internet browser and type this URL in the address bar: 192.168.1.1 (don’t type ‘www’).

I contacted Orange yesterday as my broadband stopped working altogether. He got me going again, but the speed is still really slow, I can't watch iplayer. Did a test on Thinkbroadband download 200.62 kbps upload 370.35 kbps0
