Can a (council) parky give you a ticket if he's off duty?

    In light of what I've found out about the errors on said PCN, I've pretty much asked the council just that in my appeal letter.. ;)

    Just thought I'd pop back and say that I got an email back this morning and the council have kindly decided to cancel the ticket on the grounds that it was issued with the wrong road on it.

    Nice result! And quite right too, they can't continue if the location is wrong!
