    EDIT: Updated now.

    To summarise.
    'Valuation' = The amount my house was valued at for mortgage purposes when the house was bought in May 2010.
    'May 2010' = The starting point of the challenge
    'May 2011 & May 2012' = Progress after Year 1 and Year 2 of the challenge.
    'Current' = The current values of the mortgage, equity & equity percentage.
