    Exactly ........

Jeeze, these guys really don't understand how mortgage valuations work do they, no matter how many times I explain it.

A mortgage valuation occurs whenever you get a new mortgage. My current mortgage valuation occurred when I bought the house in 2010, my next valuation will occur when I remortgage in 2013. If you're still stuck, I've explained it in a little more detail 2 posts back on this thread.

I really can't make it any simpler than that mcc100. Just try your best with it mate, it'll sink in eventually. :o

After yesterdays road race, I am feeling like a complete fool, my tactics need a reassessment ;)

It was a bit better today, Silver was a good achievement. I think Mountain Biking starts tomorrow, will be good to watch though not sure if we have any medal contenders.

    No it's not to the 11th and 12th - I have a ticket for the Women's competition on the 11th. I don't think we're a contender for either really.

Shanaze Reade in the BMX isn't til the 8th.

I placed a small bet on Wiggo to win the TDF and won £100. Quite happy about it.

I got a free bet too and have put that on Wiggo for the time trial on Wednesday - quite poor odds though.

Not sure if this is the right place - just thought I'd share.

Brad should be in with a very decent shot of winning the time trial. If you had evens or better then you have a decent bet IMO. 1.62 on Betfair right now isn't worth a bet although it might be a good lay.

Cancellara @ 10.5 is a cracker I reckon (despite the fact that he might not start) as is Tony Martin at 4.8. I think that Martin is the value bet of that lot. Don't get sucked in to backing Cadel Evans at 400, he's withdrawn.

Chris Froome might be a decent bet too. When he dropped off the back of the road race I did have half an idea that he was maybe not as 'spent' as reported and saving himself for Wednesday.

The route is too short without much in the way of climbing for Froome to win I think.

I know the area pretty well and it is almost dead flat and the race is only over 44km. Froome is fresh as he has hardly raced this year (hence how strong he looked in the mountains) but on this course I don't think that will favour him particularly as it's just not hard enough.

I last updated my "current" valuation when the house was last valuated for mortgage purposes.
So your "current" means "most recent"
and in your sig "current" = May 2011 ?
