Naaah...if he doesn't get his finger out I won't even be stalking him proper.

Well have shared the link to my house with all on sundry (what does that mean?) on the book of visages and will check my email contacts and send it direct to some people too in the next couple of days.

    Have booked Edinburgh B & B :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j
    Very excited.

Probably can't price up storage in 8 minutes so that will have to wait till tomorrow! as will card to my neighbours with details of the house as I forgot to pick it up this morning so I could post it.

Had a lovely message from my anglo american brother telling me my house looks like a bargain - somehow think he is going to be limited in how much help he can send me from Cincinatti (spelling!)

Ooh, I must have missed the link to your house. I will, naturally, have to go and have a nosy! :D

Hurray for Edinburgh! I have an eventful week that week, with an actual night out on Thursday, then you visiting on Sunday. This is the most sociable I have been in about 3 years. :rotfl: You'll have to excuse me if I'm shy and weird. The shyness will pass after a glass or two of wine...

I disagree Beanie. I've met Snaggles once in a big group of people and I thought she was shy...although most people appear quiet next to the whirlwind that is Butti!
Weird? Well that's pushing it a bit!!!!

Sounds like the advice I got on starting a new job

I tried that, but the real me emerged when I got stuck in the lift for 90 minutes, with a colleague who had claustrophobia. The engineer had to winch us up and force the doors open, so I am forevermore 'That new girl who got stuck in the lift'. :rotfl:

My main concern was that I would have to climb out, as I was wearing a pencil skirt. I think I'd have had to take it off, and would have been 'That new girl who got stuck in the lift and came out in her underwear'. :D

I once picked something up off the floor in the office and then helpfully asked 'Does anyone want a screw?'
