Plusnet...shockingly sh*te and very like smacking your head continually against a wall. Asked them to cut broadband at the start of February. Gave them a list of email addresses and phone no's to contact me on and MORE important ones not to.
So they tried to apply cancellation charges to the account and contact me on an email address I had told them not to. Then on not getting a response they shut down the service. That was on Monday.
Been trying to get it reinstated since. 'It takes up to five days'. Lodgers PhD thesis due in in the middle of next week.
I wouldn't wish this crap on anyone.

As to the filing cabinet, the one's at work usually work with a nudge or too with my a$$ in the right place...
Failing that, I'd try experimenting with a paperclip... Or perhaps a claw hammer if you're not in the mood for fiddly patience (I'm never in the mood for fiddly patience!) And the claw of a hammer can do some pretty clever things - whilst also reducing stress (as long as you take the claw to something you mean to take the claw too!)
Heard a massive bang outside my living room window tonight. Not being nosey I never usually jump to my window but tonight, I thought :eek: ... my car's parked out there... is it really bad that when I realised it was 2 cars in the middle of the junction, I curled back up on the sofa? (I did see both of them get out of their cars so I knew there was no need to call an ambulance!)
