I'm sure there's others who would ask, but think they don't hit the spot. Like a certain bloke on a beach with a dog... ;)

    Like a certain fruit...Banananananana

Once Butti has her whipping smileys up and running, then she will... ;)

Butti~As you say people that dont have major health concerns are very fortunate.
I for one do get caught up rather more than I maybe should in this money malarky.

Yes well Beanie, I too am about to get caught up in it

The good news is the lodger is going to be leaving by 1st Feb 'as agreed'(?) Can 't remember that imaginary conversation! The good news is also that I am going to save on gas, electric and water. The bad news is lack of short term income and works to do on the house. She's not staying for her viva which seems like a high risk strategy to me. But what would I know, I'm just a sane person! Allegedly.
Budget fo February will be fun. May be time to get extra strong detergent for my underwear!!

Hope you have a good and Happy New Year

    love Butti xx

    p.s. Martin looks dapper tonight.

Start the year as you mean to go on...feeling sick and stressed about the combination of lack of income and works to the house!

I've started making lists of what needs doing. Need to try and do something to wrestle back control of my life.

    1. House list
    2. Income list
    3. [STRIKE]Lists of the local red light areas [/STRIKE]

Tonight will be starting to chart a way through. Next three months are going to be tough with a capital T. No more clothes buying for at least the next three months. Lets hope my 'almost' porous sump holds out until the house is let - I'm guessing it won't be a cheap repair . Pass the sick bucket.
