No, I don't mean if it's in an area for it, I mean is the actual house at risk? (There is no substitute for going out and looking)
My parents live about 5 miles from the east coast, but one corner of their house is extremely exposed to driving wind and rain. (You can hear the rain braying off the window)

See I only feel a year older but I live in a shared house, have a radio cassette in the car and have grown my fringe to cover up my wrinkles! It's like I've travelled back 20 years.
Unfortunately time has not stood still today and I have managed to clean the kitchen, collect my washing and wash the shower curtains but not do a full site layout for my coursework!!!
