Maybe I'm just NEVER entirely happy. Pleased with nerves, or excited but terrified. Bank person has just said Cheerily. Well that's all done. Happy?
To which I've replied;
Slightly terrified
Survey should get arranged in the next couple of days.
I will shortly be the proud owner of £92k worth of debt and a house with a pink bedroom
:beer:I'll drink to that (in about 10 minutes!) :beer:
Mr Zed :j Do you know how I privately browse on websites so that the next time I visit the price of 'say' a flight hasn't increased. I thought you'd be likely to know.
Right....I'm fairly sure there's a pint with my name on it up the road :beer:

So things are a little bit calmer today....or they were until I came to fill in my mileage form and then it all went Pete Tong :mad: Mileage form says I have done 380 miles and for that work will pay me £0. Maybe this is a new moneysaving scheme at work :T:T:T
(Think maybe I'd better point it out to the relevent payroll person!!)
A man rang me from the surveying company last night and took details for payment. Survey should be done in the next few days. Then it will be all steam ahead for completion around 20th/22nd November I think. The owner will ring me in the next couple of days to talk about when we complete. I have asked for payment on about 22nd with the bank so may need to save some money that month ready for a Double Whammy just before Christmas :xmastree: Oh joy!
Deadline for promotion job (that HR seem to have done their best to hide from everyone inside AND outside the company) has moved back 10 days (basically because NOBODY had applied). May now have some competition but will also have a much much better application.
On that note I need to go and look up the definition of words like 'Aptitude' and 'Skill' and divide the job requirements up. Then watch Billy Connolly on 'Who do you think you are?'

The tax man's giving me £366 in the next few days. Woohoo.
I could celebrate by going out with a 35 year old guy tonight :beer:
But as everytime I've met him he's had a 'joke' about my age. Ha ha ha.
